Ushers: Welcoming worshipers, ushers hand out the bulletin, work the lights, take up the offering and stand ready to assist in any way they can. For first service contact Larry Nelson; for second service, contact Tom Evans.
Greeters: Dress for the weather and come early! On duty by the sanctuary doors, greeters welcome worshippers and set the mood for a great Sunday morning. All families and individuals rotate through our greeter program. If we’re missing you, call Christi Bardenhagen (271-0072) and ask to be added to the list.
Flowers: Our flowers are done each week by Dee Glass and different persons or groups pay for the flower ministry. Our flower chart is in the hallway outside the fellowship hall—what a nice way to remember a special date or a loved one.
The Samaritan's Closet: A Good Samaritan crossed all barriers to extend a hand to a person in need.

This is a Mission Project by the Leland Methodist Church. Through generous donations and matching funds, a much needed entity is being re-born. This is a community outreach opportunity to further our mission of loving our neighbors and sharing what he have that is taking up space in our homes, basements, and closets. Patrons can purchase goods at a very low cost items for their home and families.
Drop off: Monday and Tuesday 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. We will accept money household goods, clothes decorations. If you have stoves or refrigerators please call to see if there is a need.

Gardening Committee:
Gardening Anyone? Now is your chance!! Our loyal Garden committee is gearing up for summer. This year our numbers are smaller due to a variety of reasons. If you could work one or more, two hour shifts a month – at a time convenient to you – please call the church office by May 1st. All of us would appreciate a little extra help. Best of all, no gardening expertise is required – we will train. Interested? Call the church office.
